Executive Chef Luis Salinero and his team offer a simple and pure cuisine, using a maximum of 2 spices in order to let the natural flavours and tastes of the ingredients be experienced to a maximum. The Mandarina Pool & Grill Restaurant, situated by the swimming pool has a barbeque area which serves a variety of healthy salads and grilled fish, seafood and meats.
