The Apartment complex were refurbished in 2002 and is very comfortable equipped. It is situated on the Torrenova headland in front of the Hotel Hawaii Mallorca, surrounded by pine trees and palms, just 100 meters from the beach. Privacy and a family atmosphere that allows you to enjoy the facilites and entertainment programme of the neighbouring Hotel Hawaii Mallorca too. On the terrace you can enjoy the swimming pool for adults and children, have a snack at the pool bar ore just sunbath. A magnificent place that combines tranquility and comfort. |
The complex consists of 69 one bedroom apartments, all with air conditioning, TV, terrace, kitchenette with fridge, two electric cooking rings and cooking facilities. A separate bedroom has two beds and there is a sofa bed in the living room. The maximum capacity is two adults and two children or three adults and one child.

| There is a 24 hour reception offering excursions around the island, money exchange, safety deposit box hire and also car rental. Families can take advantage of the entertainments programme in the Hotel Hawaii Mallorca for adults and children. |
| The apartments are situated in a quiet location, with little traffic and very close to the beaches as well as a large number of shops, bars, discotheques and amusement areas. A 5 minute taxi ride or 15 minute walk can take you to Aqualand and Minigolf Fantasia. A 10 minute car journey will find you ate the well know Marineland, where all the family can enjoy the dolphin shows as well as see the other marine animals and exotic birds. Also situated a 10 minute car journey away are golf courses and the exclusive ports of Puerto Portals and Port Adriano. Palma de Mallorca, the island´s capital, together with its monuments, art galleries, shopping centres, established restaurants and famous Paseo Maritimo are only 12 kms away. |
The apartments are located at approximately 20 kms from the airport and 12 kms from the port of Palma. From the airport you can take a taxi which will take you to the hotel in about 20 to 25 minutes. If you are travelling by car then to reach the hotel you should follow the signs for Palma. On arriving at Palma you can then take the ring road Via de Cintura and continue towards Andratx, or if preferred, travel along the Paseo Maritimo to the end and then follow the signs to Andratx. Along this motorway you should then take exit number 13 for Palma Nova.
